Bot doesn't recognize invulnerable status on enemy

I have been testing my bots the past few days using rush rules and every time Malganis is on the board the bot continues to attack face. It doesnt know the enemy hero is invulnerable. Instead of killing Malganis in order to do damage it hits face everytime. How do I fix this?

I had malganis today, it tried to attack fave couple times but stopped later on. I'm using silverfish

@Magicpants15 in this replay, the bot didnt attack the enemys face. (please update silverfish manually, you are using a very old version: http://www.hearthranger...._silverfish-update.aspx )
