Hi there,

I've waited more than half an hour for it to 'load data'.
heartstone is in window mode, software run as administrator, nothing blocked.

why is this taking so long, what is the fix ?
I apologise if this is in the wrong section. thank you.

make sure your firewall does't block tcp/ip port 443 for hearthranger, bot use this port to communicate with bot server.

Our bot server is located in US.
