Silver.exe does not do the calculation

I updated both bot and silverfish to the latest versions.

Bot and silver.dll are working well but silver.exe calculates nothing. It worked very well with Hearthranger v. 3.7.0

Please help!

make sure you dont miss the "change useExternalProcess = false; to useExternalProcess = true;" part, you have to redo this every time you replace that folder

and have you deleted the old silverfish folder?

Hi itits, remember to download the last silver.exe/silver.dll from github. You can find the thread with the link on this forum.

You need to follow this steps:

1) download the latest version of silver.RAR
2) when you've downloaded it, right click on the archive > Properties > Unlock (or something like that, you can find the guide on this forum too). This is CRUCIAL.
3) put the silverfish folder you've found in the rar in Hearthranger/Externbot, overwriting the one you that come with the latest update of HearthRanger bot.
4) now go to settings.txt in silverfish folder and change "useExternalProcess = false; to useExternalProcess = true;". You need this to run silver.exe.
5) execute HS, then silver.exe, then HR. On HR > Bot Control Option > Use external AI module > silver.dll
6) start a match. if EVERY file is UNLOCKED, UPDATED and ExternalProcess is set to TRUE, everything will be fine.
