if you go to the silverfish settings you can set mana, control or rush.

It probably uses your mana more efficiently. Like playing a 4 mana minion on turn 4 instead of 2 2 mana minions.

I don't use it and can't test but judging by source code, Mana is basic version, it doesnt have special rules. For example, Control prefers actions that give you mana crystals and cards more than Rush version and Mana doesn't care about it at all. Also, looks like Rush and Control are better developed and you should use them instead of Mana. For example, Rush and Control try to give taunt to nerubian egg and Mana doesn't.
