Cannot get silverfish to show up

I have never been able to get silverfish to show up in the "use external AI" drop down.

I just tried again, uninstalling then reinstalling everything.

I have the everything in the correct folder...
Folder

I have unblocked EVERYTHING in there...
Unblocked

...and it is still not there...
Nothing

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

Your silver.dll is old version, start Launcher.exe to get latest bot.

Latest silver.dll size is 544,768 bytes.
