When writing some custom rules and trying some decks I saw the legendary "Rend Blackhand" and its effect is on legendary only. I don't know if it is reasonable to add an legendary tag, just like there is for mech, dragon etc.?

It's just something I come to think of that might be useful for some users? I haven't thought deep about it but might be something to consider?
