Well, these settings depend on your preference.

If the bot is taking too long in making moves, you might want to set the settings a bit low. I have set everything to max. (maximum calculations own turn/enemy turn)

Speed for mouse movement should be set to max, as it mimics how a real human would play the cards. Humans don't drag the cards out slowly :P

Hovering frequency is up to you, if you want the bot to mimic what a human would do regarding hovering over cards. (personally i do 5, as a real human never constantly hovers over every card every second)

I also personally set to "never reply emote", as I found that people know how to check if you are a bot by doing certain emote combos (once again a personal preference)
