Hello,

Since three days, I have been getting the message "Loading data, please wait..."

What i've done so far:

-Unblock all files
-Run as administrator
-Moved location of Folder to C:\\
-Opened port in firewall
-Added heartcrawler.exe to firewall
-Checked launcher.exe and says "Server not ready, restart again".

I have also redownloaded the complete heartcrawler.exe

I hope someone can help me.

Kind regards,
Kees.

It's hearthranger bot, not crawler..

Looks like your environment can't connect with bot server, please make sure your computer is not blocked tcp/ip port 443 (https).

Hearthranger bot uses https (port443), http (port 80), http (port 81) to communicate with port server.

Also you can try to use VPN, it maybe solve it.

Hey JoyAdmin,

It still doesn't work. Any other solutions you can think of? It was working perfectly before.

Kind regards

Hi,

What's the settings of your network hardware ? Do you use the automatic mode or manual ?

Perhaps that come from your DNS.

Regards.
