Sorry for my poor English

my HearthRanger version is 3.2.0

I tried everything that I could search. I satrt HR.exe as Administrator privilege. I've changed my client's language ,reinstalled it , and turned off the antivirus programs.

But I can't start HearthRanger Bot

The only thing that I can get is just that "Transit State Machine From Offline" Message

Should I pay for the Hearth Ranger? ( you guys said it was 'open beta' so I thought it was Free)
