This is new... I believe with this patch Blizzard introduced a way for the game to prevent clicks from the bot or re coded their buttons for Play Mode. I just wanted to post this to get all of your feedback on the possibilities of this change.
Basically when I start the bot, it fails to click the button allowing it to access Play mode automatically.
Playing Devil's advocate, be careful when editing the bot for a new release Blizzard may be tracking any changes or modifications to the new files they have put in place. THEY KNOW! XD
Probably not much for Admin to fix up, but as of now the bot cannot start a game by itself. However, it can play if you queue up yourself.

Bot need update again beacuse it is broken, Hearthstone had small update.

I'm sure it is very safe even bot can't click play button.
Now I have updated bot at server side, simply restart game and hearthranger bot can fix this issue.
