I don't think that the rules will work with handlock. This deck has too many small combos which the bot won't understand. No bot will play that deck as a real player.
About the paladin one, the performance depends of the cards packed in the deck.
If you want ramp up in ranked, check decks posted for other members who said that the bot works on that ranks.
Also, my rules works very well at rank 25-16 or casual games, but I am not sure if them will work well on higher ranks. When I did the rules, I was thinking in farm the gold cap and do the daily quest, don't to rank up to be legendary ;)
