I dont know if Joyadmin will be able to fix it or if it is in the silverfish AI itself, but when using silverfish AI the bot uses coin randomly even if it doesnt have to. For example just now the mage bot used coin at 2 mana which gave it 3 mana and used hero power only.

Maybe change silverfish's behavior to mana type can solve it, but many parameters in silverfish is hard coded,you have to recompile it after change.
The silverfish dev team is still active so I think they can fix it soon.

for me the coin as been an issue for a long time ... doesnt matter if its with silverfish or zoo or even default, the bot will waste the coin for no reason on turn 1 .... there as been lots of post about it and i even made a post about it 3-4 weeks ago .... i really hope it gets fix in the next patch

Just happened for me, too. Played my only 1 mana drop turn one, still played coin, then ended turn. Sortof made me laugh though - BM to do that & still win >.<
