Sometimes the bot just double click on the cards that it should remove (in my rule set I've told the bot to remove cards that cost more than 4).
But the bot clicks that card and right after click again on it then it confirms.

Probably your rules are before 2.0.0 was releasd. You must update the general section to remove default mulligan
