Can this be done? I am not playing in ranked because current concede code will do it during the bot first turn, and that is a clear bot's behaviour.

Yes it can be done, I'll add an option to choose concede on [Mulligan].

It's supported in v.1.8.5.0, simply update to this version, by default now bot will concede during mulligan.
