Im using:

Earth Shock
Lightning Bolt
Flametongue Totem
Haunted Creeper
Feral Spirit
Hex
Lightning Storm
Mana Tide Totem
Unbound Elemental
Defender of Argus
Gnomish Inventor
Violet Teacher
Azure Drake
Fire Elemental
The Black Knight
Ragnaros the Firelord
Sea Giant

and I need help writing rules for it, its using esrth shock weirdly. It double earth shocked a 3/3 taunt on turn 3 and ended turn.

Check the Shaman rules that come with the bot for reference.

That is a different bot

About your bot's rules, their seems good.
However, Feral Spirit and Flame tongue Totem rules seems a bit restricted. Just my opinion.

When the bot will have more performance (next release, maybe), your deck will run smoother, I think.

I don't know I don't really know how to make it restricted enough so it at least tryst to combo those cards while still giving it freedom say use feral spirits to save itself or block tons of damage, also it still uses the following cards weirdly: earth shock, violet teacher, haunted creeper. Any suggestion on rules for it?

I don't know how you can forbid that.

Maybe you can set a few rules for lightning storm, as for example allow to use it only if the opponent controls at least 2 or more minions and power >=2, or something similar
