Can you send me the error log file named [sys_log_2014_xxxx.log] under [log] directory?

It will help a lot to find out what causes it crash, please send it to rush4xhost@gmail.com thank you.

Or if the file content is short, simply paste it here.

The error shows the xml file named [HearthRanger - Bot for Hearthstone.xml] under [profile] directory can not be loaded.

Please make sure the file is not edited, you can try to delete it, then click Launcher.exe to update bot again.
