The bot missed an obvious lethal playing as Warrior with (2) friendly minions on board and a 3/1 fiery war axe equipped. Attacking with everything to the enemy's face was 2 off lethal, but fortunately the bot had an Arcantie Reaper in the hand. This means that by playing Arcanite Reaper (thereby overriding the 3/1 fiery waraxe) and then attacking everything to face would be lethal.

Instead, after a lot of hesitation, the bot started trading off minions. I suspect the bot has a reluctance to override weapons that are already equipped, and thereby missed lethal.
